While we are still supporting the classic Write-Up product at present, we will no longer be able to support this product after Microsoft ceases to support Windows 10 on October 14, 2025.We recognize the importance that TJPS Write-Up plays for Investment Bookkeeping, and have created a fast-path migration process for our customers and strongly suggest our customers start planning to purchase an upgrade to a modern version of their trusted investment accounting software with all the same functionality as before - delivered as a modern, secure, cloud-based offering.

FAQs
Write-Up operates on the Lotus Notes platform and is dependent on that platform’s capabilities. Write-Up is compatible with Windows 10 and is not compatible with Windows 11. If you are looking at upgrading to Windows 11, or installing Write-Up on Windows 11, you will need to move to our cloud version.
Per Microsoft, support for Windows 10 is planned to be concluded on October 14, 2025. Therefore, we suggest you start planning on a migration to our cloud version before that date.
Yes – until October 14, 2025 when Microsoft withdraws their support for Windows 10. To avoid transitioning during busy tax seasons, we are encouraging them to plan to migrate to the modern, cloud-based version. To help in the transition, we have pricing incentives and automated data migration tools.
End of Life refers to when a software can no longer be reasonably supported. In the case of TJPS Write-Up, the underlying Lotus Notes technology is aging, and the ability to maintain a modern, secure platform is no longer feasible. With the changes in Windows 11’s security model, we can no longer reliably maintain this aging software.
What this means for our customers:
- FX tables will no longer be updated
- We will no longer be able to generate license keys for new workstations
- Technical support for TJPS Write-Up will be discontinued
Our clients have asked for a modern alternative for their reliable software that has gotten them through many years of investment bookkeeping – and our seamless migration to the cloud is the result.
Customers of TJPS Write-Up will need to purchase a new license for Wealth Write.Up. There are multiple price incentives that are available for long-term customers to take advantage recognizing long-term loyalty and the remaining amount on a user’s current maintenance subscription.
